A resident of Macapaba for 2 years, Manoel Silva, 27, said he had to buy water on Saturday (4) and this Sunday, in order to be able to do domestic activities.

"Now businesses do not have any more water to sell. Yesterday I bought 4 bottles and today 2 more, because I sent my 1 year and 6 month old daughter to her mother's house in the Pedrinhas neighborhood, and I had to stay because I went to work. and there’s still no water. It’s complicated. I pay for my energy, my water on time, but unfortunately we didn’t have the service ", he commented.
